Sexy Bradley Cooper Eats for A-Team
A-Team star Bradley Cooper follows a grueling workouts and the strict dieting to keep his great physique. For Bradley's role in A-Team he actually had to gain some weight by eating junk food. It's good to know that I am not the only who gains weight when indulging in junk food, sexy Bradley Copper is human! He quickly transformed his physique after going back on his diet and exercise regimen techniques.
Aside from a healthy lifestyle that Bradley Cooper leads, he also enjoys traveling the world. I had the pleasure of watching one of his documentaries on a learning channel, where he visited Machu Picchu, in Peru. Bradley Cooper was in no makeup for the film, and still looking hot. He had great physical stamina to endure the elevation effects in Machu Picchu, Peru. Healthy diet and daily exercise can prepare you for your next "Survivor" like adventure, just like it did for Bradley.
I bet Bradley will be enjoying a protein rich and low-fat breakfast this morning. If I had Bradley over for Breakfast I would make him "Bell Pepper Egg-In-A-Hole". This is recipe from "Everyday Food." It's a healthy, low-carb, fast and easy recipe. It also looks creative. Quickly whip this up to serve 4.
Ingredients:
• 2 t olive oil
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into four thick rings
• 4 large eggs
• Coarse salt and ground pepper
• 2 t grated Parmesan
Preparation:
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add bell pepper, crack 1 egg into the middle of each pepper ring. Season with salt and pepper and cook until egg whites are almost set , but yolks are still runny. This will take about 2 to 3 minutes. Gently flip and cook 1 minute more for over easy. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
